A New Twist on the Sour Cream Chili Bake

It was a May post for Sour Cream Chili Bake that I made for the Chili Cook Off at ONE of our family reunions last Saturday. I did do a few things a little different.
  1. I doubled the batch.
  2. I used 1 can beans of each: pinto, navy, & kidney
  3. I added chili seasoned diced tomatoes in sauce
  4. Extra onion
  5. Extra Cheese
  6. I put SCOOPS to the side so they could get extra to scoop up and eat the chili.
I didn't WIN... but everyone that had some said it was SO YUMMY!!!  =D    That's what means more to me... I'm not into real spicy hot chili... My stomach doesn't do too well with that. So... It's all good and I'm happy!! This got MANY thumbs up for this chili for a CROWD!!
